California declares second hand smoke a pollutant!

The first post on my blog provided the explanation for the title of the blog - I'm Not Opinionated. My disclaimer was there. I wasn't sure if this was an accurate statement or not. Well, I have been reading a few of my posts and have come to the conclusion that a better title would have been I'm Not Obstinate because I obviously have some opinions! This blog serves two purposes. The first being to keep in touch with my family and friends. The second is hopefully to elicit discussion around my opinions. This is the best part of blogging! From discussion comes understanding. Let's discuss!

Sounds like a bunch of BS to me. Check out this post for a more reasonable resolution of the second-hand smoke issue.
I agree that you could have establishments that are either smoking or non-smoking but a intelligent business person is not going to limit their establishment to smokers. The exception to this might be a bar as the article points out many people who drink also smoke. The author is incorrect in stating that most people who drink become smokers when they drink. I know many people who drink and would never take up the disgusting habit of smoking.
