Why is it that I always find myself blogging in the airport...
I guess it is a perfect time to blog....waiting with nothing else to do but talk about yourself....lol...just kidding!
It has been a great albeit busy week!!! I have some exciting news on the career front that I hope to be able to share soon!
I am on my way to Shan and Cody's wedding. I even have a bit part!!! It is a quick trip though...I get in late tonight, have the wedding tomorrow, and back out on Sunday....I have a new job remember...and no vacation!!!!!

I have lizards right outside my apartment that greet me when I come home at night. They are really cool...as long as they stay outside. But all I can think about is the Taco Bell dog saying...here lizard, lizard, lizard.....Happy Tuesday!D

A bit behind...
No...I did not say a big behind...come on people!
Sorry for not posting in the last week. I went back to work - and man - work is exhausting! I haven't worked in many months now and this was a challenge! Coupled with the fact that I now have to get up at seven in the morning....that should be a crime! Because of this I can tell you what happened this weekend in one word....sleep!!! I slept a lot this weekend. I did do a few things. A bit more shopping for the apartment and got a haircut (which I was not completely happy with...I hate having to teach someone new to cut my hair....I miss you Sylvia!!!).
Last week is a blur. I of course turned 27. Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes. The good thing about this birthday is that I am no longer eligible for the draft. The other good thing is that this is the last birthday I am celebrating. I am not getting any older and man does that feel good. My co-workers took me out for drinks for my birthday...that was awesome! In fact I spent almost every night out with my boss and new account exec we hired...who both happen to have worked for the company I used to work for...so it was a great reunion!
I am trying to get as much work done before Friday as possible because Shannon and Cody are getting married on Saturday so I have a quick trip in and out of Oklahoma this weekend. I get to wear a monkey suit and everything.
I promise to do better at posting....I promise!!! Keep me honest!

First Day
This was my first day in the office...all in all....not too bad. It kind of felt like things have not changed...except for having to remember to say the correct company name when I answer the phone! Kym and I seemed to take up where we left off. Very cool.

I have to admit I liked Allison better this year...but she was probably one of the better players in the house. They were smart to get her out first...but I have to admit....I can't stand Danielle....hopefully she will go very soon!
Life as normal?
I'm beginning to get back to normal. I guess as normal as I ever was! I start work on Monday...I can't wait! I went in Friday afternoon to get my badge, parking tag, etc. I am excited to get back in the swing of things!
As you can see, I got some more pics from the trip. Soon, I will get the others from Shan which include the last two state signs and the big windmills in western Oklahoma.
I have the apartment put together as much as I can until my former employer sends me the rest of the $$$ they owe me. I have my living room furniture picked out and am ready to go pick it up. My kitchen looks awesome. I will take pics and post soon!
One of my co-workers invited me out to her house tomorrow ~ I can't wait ~ human interaction!!!
Btw, my apartment is in a perfect location. On The Border is three minutes from my house. How awesome is that!!! I have malls surrounding me....this is my kind of town! It has only taken me 27 years to get out of small town america!

I'm still alive!
Shan and I made it to Tucson on Sunday. We unpacked the truck and have been working ever since! I put her on an airplane home today. Thank you Shannon for everything...I could not have done it without you!!!!!
