Wicked
Wicked was awesome!!! It was such a good show...very impressive. The music was wonderful and the actresses who played Glenda and Elphiba (The Wicked Witch of the West) were both very good. I bought the cast recording!They did a good job with Gregory Maguire's story. It is very difficult to fit an entire novel into a two and a half hour show ... so some things were left out... which is to be expected. The ending was a bit different. I don't want to reveal too much because if you get the chance you should see the show and read the book...as both are excellent...but one ends on a much happier note than the other.
After the show...we went shopping at Grapevine Mills....fun as always!!
We had two mexican meals today....On the Border for lunch and Taco Bueno for dinner...my favorites! Thank you Shan....because she really doesn't like On the Border. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!!!
