Mad Cow
While sitting in the airport last night, I happen to catch a report on CNN regarding mad cow disease. I did not realize that for a human to contract this disease, you must eat part of the cow's brain or nervous system. The physician interviewed in the report stated that this should not have widespread results in the U.S. population because our normal eating habits do not include those parts of the cow. Food for thought...oh... no pun intended.
