Arriving Tucson 7/9/06
Watch out Tucson --- the Big D is coming into town!As many of you already know, I have accepted the position in Tucson and will be moving to the desert in early July. I am very excited about the move (ok not the move itself...there is nothing I hate more than moving but I am excited about the new opportunities the move brings)!
I was sold once I got to the office and met the people. I have worked with many of these people for years and it was great to put a face with the names. Everybody is very welcoming and it seems to be a great group of people. It is amazing how young the workforce is. Everyone throughout the corporate structure seems to be very young unlike my former employer.
I have found an apartment and as long as everything works out I should be out here on July 9th after my long drive across the country!
Well, there is a lot more to come I am sure but I have to get packed so I can get back to SC and really get packed.

Funny, you didn't mention that anyone would be helping you move across the freakin country! You must be going alone eh????
