Eclectic Dinners
I have been having eclectic dinners as of late. Last week I tried duck which was really great. Duck tastes like the dark meat of a turkey...which is my favorite part. Tonight I tried a buffalo steak wrapped in jalepeno bacon...wow...it was awesome!!Take my advice...don't be afraid to try new things...you miss out on so much if you are!

ewwwww!! i think i will stick to chicken, better safe than sorry!!!
Duck is too greasy!!!! Yuck...will definatly cleanse the colon though. We went to Miyabi for lunch and thought of ya...they had Sushi.
I am all about eclectic but i think i will have to pass on the duck. however, i did have alligator about a month ago and it is true what they say "tastes like chicken!!" it was superb!!!
