Everybody Shop at Kohl's!
Kohl's won me over today. I love Kohl's anyway so it was not that hard to do...but the level of customer service is awesome. I received luggage last Christmas from Kohl's as a gift. After using the largest suitcase 3 or 4 times the handle stopped coming up which made using the suitcase difficult to say the least. The luggage had a warranty but the warranty said to take it back to the store with the receipt - which because it was a gift, I did not have. Kohl's exchanged the suitcase no questions asked. Awesome because I really didn't want to spend a couple hundred dollars on luggage this week.Tell all your friends - shop at Kohl's!
