Day 2

So I went running/walking/jogging at the gym again today. Today was much easier. I made it two miles...in thirty minutes. I know not good. My goal for next week is three miles in the same time...still not the best....but a lot better than nothing!

That's a lot better than I could've done. Way to go!!! I wish I #1 had the time to run and #2 didn't have a bum ankle. Anyway, keep us posted on your progress :)
