Have you noticed that pop culture has taken over the news lately?Here are some of my thoughts on the most newsworthy items of late.
Rosie vs. Donald - Donald knew his show was not going to do well this season so he did what he could to get his name back in the spotlight. This man thinks he is better than everyone and that no rules apply to him. He needs to be brought down off of his high horse.
American Idol - I never thought I would say this but I agree with Dr. Phil. He was just on Entertainment Tonight and he said that everyone that can't sing and goes on that show are just looking for their fifteen minutes of fame and deserve everything they are told. Amen!
Rosie vs. Paula Abdul - I don't know about this one. I have always defended Paula Abdul but watching the You Tube video - she did look strung out. Tough call!

Guess it's a good thing I don't watch TV...not much controversy watching Sponge Bob and Jimmy Neutron :) Safer that way.
I saw that clip of Paula - she looked stoned to me. Meredith Vieira had Randy Jackson on the Today Show last week and asked him about it. Being a fellow judge and friend, he said she had been doing promotional ads for 12 hours before this interview and she was "tired"..Yeah. Tired.
