Jaymeson
I found some cheap tickets and made a quick dash to visit Shan and Jaymeson last weekend. We had been considering a trip to New York in May. Jaymeson overheard Shan talking about the trip and was upset. After processing the information, he looked at his mom and said "Mom, you're going to see my Uncle Daniel? I never get to see my Uncle Daniel."I had to get out there and see him. We had a blast. We went to Incredible Pizza (aka Chuck E Cheese III - Imagine Chuck E Cheese multiplied by 10 with good food). The rest of the trip was relatively uneventful...a trip to the doctor's office for J's ear infection, a hair cut (did I mention his hair is now cut like Uncle Daniel's?) but it was good.
As I was leaving, J looked at me and told me that he wished I could stay there with him forever. Talk about a warm fuzzy feeling mixed with a knife through the heart. Of course...I felt the same way!!
