Virgie Buford
January 1, 1925 - March 25, 2006
Virgie Buford, 81, of Columbia, TN, formerly of Del City, OK, went to be with her Savior, Saturday March 25, 2006. She was born January 1, 1925, to Speed and Katie (Harmon) Barnard in Rosedale, OK. She worked as secretary for 11 years with Bill Eisenhour Funeral Homes, and retired from Bolen Oldsmobile in 1984. She was preceded in death by her cherished husband of 29 years, Eugene Buford. She considered the following her greatest blessings: Rev. Jim Ingram, wife Ann and children Paul (Jenny) and Kerry (Paul) Kearney, of Edmonds, WA.; Debbie Faircloth and daughter Tracey (Timothy) Abernathy of Hartsville, SC.; Robin D'Amours, husband Dave and sons Matthew and Michael (Tiffany) of Columbia, TN.; Raylene Myers, husband Glenn and children Vicki (Tim) Brown and Steven (Shawna), of Oklahoma City, OK.; Jimmy Buford, wife Rita and sons Daniel and Thomas (Stacey), of Shawnee, OK.; Lisa Jones, husband Mark and children Derek and Chelsea, of Fresno, CA.; 8 Great-grandchildren; One sister, Reba Hanks of Pampa, TX.; Two brothers, J.E.(Mary Anne) Barnard of Perryton, TX; Jerald (Toni) of Pampa, TX.; several beloved nieces and nephews and many precious friends. Virgie's funeral will be conducted by Ford Funeral Service at 2pm Friday in the Candlewood Chapel with burial in Sunny Lane Cemetery. The Family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Thursday in the Candlewood Chapel, 315 S. Sooner Rd.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my dad many years ago and I still miss him everyday. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
